What personal information do we collect?

When ordering or registering an enquiry on our site, where appropriate you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, business requirements or other details specifically necessary to help fulfil your requirements in relation to our services. We do not collect or store payment information.

Collecting Information with Google Analytics

We make use of cookies indirectly by using the third party service Google Analytics which tracks website traffic producing detailed information about site activity, like how many people visit our site, what they looked at, how long they stayed, etc. This helps us provide a better quality service, helping us to understand the sort of thing people need our help with, etc. It certainly does not provide or store any sensitive (personal) data about our visitors - such as name, age, address, etc. Google has its own privacy policies on how it uses this information. We use your personal information in fulfilling your requirements in relation to our services with regards to orders and business enquiries, and also to help us improve our services.

Disclosing Your Information

We do not share / sell / lease / your information with any other parties unless acting in accordance with an order of a court, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement and or to protect the integrity of our services.

Data Storage

To facilitate potential audits by HMRC, we keep email data and project files for 7 years, enabling us to produce evidence of work carried out.

The security of your personal information is extremely important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protection to achieve this, we cannot guarantee it.
